Driving with an expired driving license is an offense to some degree although it's lighter however it is still a misdemeanor. Good thing if the police officer just let you off with just a warning, but if you are pulled over for some traffic violation...whoah...chances are...you'll end up with ticket and citations for a nominal cost. I am prevented to renew mine since the previous calamity but I am putting it on my first to do list. The burden is on me to take time out from my voluminous schedules to renew it as soon as possible lest I want to be in trouble.
