How to resist anxiety...

Making efforts to resist and ignore anxiety by praying silently even in one corner of the room. In reticent mood...I just pray clutching my rosary in not less than 20 minutes...and I just sprang back to life and positivity. We all just need prayers if times like this that we seem to be worrying and so affected.

God always help those who help themselves.
